I ask people to reflect on what has happened and what they and their dog have experienced working through the behaviour programme. Here are some reflections clients were comfortable with me to share. There is no obligation as some people prefer to keep reflections private.
"I was a bit concerned about the cost at first, but after seeing the results, it was money well spent. The sessions gave me a lot more than I expected — Max’s behaviour has improved, and I now understand him so much better. The practical tips I got have been really useful, and I feel confident continuing the training on my own. It’s definitely been worth the investment."

I think we still have lots of learning to do but I am certainly a lot more hopeful that we can reach the goals that we set at the start of this journey with Sam. Sam exceeded our expectations in terms of her accessibility between sessions. Bruno is definitely calmer. I feel that we understand his needs better now too."
"I feel more confident that what I've been doing have had a positive effect. And I also feel a lot more confident that it's something that I can work on going forward, with some help. I feel more confident on walks now and know how to distract Archie and keep his focus on me. The exploration phase totally met the expectations, as I feel like Sam took time to really get to know Archie and understand what's causing his Behaviour, not just go with the most obvious option. Going forward I am definitely a lot more positive, and like I know my own dog a lot better now. There might also be some medical issues which can be investigated and improve things also."
